This policy applies to all use of the service (input text, generated content, and account behavior).

Prohibited uses: any illegal activity (fraud, phishing, unlawful transactions, law-enforcement evasion, network attacks); generating adult / NSFW content; any content sexualizing, exploiting or endangering minors; deepfakes and impersonation; infringing third-party rights (trademarks, copyrights, likeness); generating misleading political, medical, financial or legal content.

Moderation: prompts and generated content may be reviewed automatically or by human reviewers.

Enforcement: we may refuse generation, delete content, suspend accounts, terminate service, and deny refunds for violations.

Your responsibility: you are solely responsible for your inputs and how you use the generated content.
